Cancelation Policy

1. Standard Cancellations

  • Full refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour will receive a 100% refund.

  • Partial or no refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time may not be refundable, as guides, park permits, and transportation are already reserved.

  • If you miss your tour without notifying us, no refund will be issued.

Refund processing times depend on your payment method:

  • Credit card refunds: typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • PayPal refunds: usually processed within 1–2 business days.

To cancel or modify your booking, please contact us by email, WhatsApp, or phone as soon as possible.

2. Weather or Safety-Related Cancellations

Your safety, comfort, and the environment are always our first priority.

We do not cancel tours for light or moderate tropical rain — this is the rainforest, after all! Many of our experiences, like nature walks and wildlife spotting, are even more magical in gentle rain. However, if it’s raining extremely hard or there’s thunder and lightning, we may delay or reschedule the activity for your safety.

For snorkeling tours, we require at least 70% visibility in the water to protect the coral reefs, ensure guest safety, and guarantee a great experience. If visibility is too low, we’ll reschedule or issue a full refund.

3. Partner and Third-Party Tours

Some of our tours are operated by trusted local partners. Each partner may have its own cancellation policy, which we follow. When you book one of these experiences, your experience coordinator will clearly explain the applicable policy at the time of booking.

4. Group Bookings and Private Tours

For private or group tours with custom arrangements, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may incur fees based on confirmed transportation, meals, or staffing costs.

5. Itineraries and Retreats

Custom itineraries, multi-day experiences, and retreats require significant advance planning, coordination, and prepayment for accommodations, transportation, and local partners.

For this reason:

  • Cancellations made 15–30 days before the start date are non-refundable.

  • We do our best to offer rescheduling or partial credits when possible, depending on the situation and service provider policies.

Your dedicated experience coordinator will always review the specific terms for your itinerary or retreat before finalizing your booking.

6. Changes to Your Booking

If you’d like to change your tour date or switch to another experience, just contact us directly. We’ll always try to accommodate your request at no extra cost whenever possible.

7. Force Majeure

In rare cases beyond anyone’s control — such as extreme weather events, natural disasters, or major travel disruptions — we’ll offer flexible rescheduling or full refunds depending on the situation.
